How to Book Us and Payment Methods
To make a booking, just email, text or phone us to find out if we're available on your proposed dates (head to the Contact Us page for details on how to get in touch, or click on the Enquire button below).
If you haven't used us before, we will request a meet 'n' greet so that we can meet in person and discuss your cat sitting requirements and agree any processes. There is no obligation for you to make a booking following a meeting but, if you do decide to use us, we can't wait to become great friends with your cat.
We will require full payment in advance of the date we are due to start the cat sitting service. If you need to cancel the booking for any reason, we don't impose any penalty fees, you will receive a full refund.
You can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer. If you want to pay by cheque, we must receive this no less than seven working days before we are due to start looking after your cat.
